Please read the following policy carefully before booking a course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Booking &amp; Deposit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All courses require <strong>advance booking<\/strong> and a <strong>deposit<\/strong> to secure your spot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposits are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, but transferable if you reschedule at least <strong>14 days<\/strong> before the course start date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Cancellation by Client<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>More than 14 days before the course:<\/strong> You may <strong>reschedule<\/strong> without penalty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>7\u201314 days before the course:<\/strong> 50% of the course fee may be retained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Less than 7 days before the course or no-show:<\/strong> No refund will be given.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rescheduling is usually possible, subject to availability of dates and dive centers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rescheduled courses must be completed <strong>within 6 months<\/strong> of the original booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Cancellation by Instructor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the unlikely event that I must cancel a course due to weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>full refund<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rescheduling<\/strong> to another available date\/location<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Accommodation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accommodation is <strong>charged separately<\/strong> and arranged directly with the dive center or hotel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open2Tec is <strong>not responsible<\/strong> for accommodation bookings, payments, or cancellations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Special Circumstances<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medical issues: A valid doctor\u2019s note is required for a <strong>partial refund or reschedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel issues (flights, visas, etc.): Fees may be non-refundable if caused by circumstances outside Open2Tec\u2019s control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
