Open2Tec is led by James McClumpha, a freelance PADI Recreational and Technical Diving Instructor who provides a personal and flexible approach to scuba training.
Instead of operating from a single dive shop, I travel between the UK, Greece, and Egypt, delivering high-quality recreational and technical courses in partnership with trusted, professional PADI diving centers.
My goal is to take divers from their first dive to technical depth, with safe methods, real experience, and a progression that builds confidence.

Warm water, easy conditions and relaxed environments — ideal for beginners, recreational training, and the first steps toward deeper diving.
🇪🇬 Egypt – Red Sea
One of the best technical diving locations on the planet. Deep walls, caves, wrecks, and ideal trimix conditions. Egypt is my main base for advanced and technical training.
