Advanced Open Water (AOW)

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed to build on the skills you learned in the Open Water program and help you explore new types of diving under the direct supervision of a PADI Instructor. Instead of a classroom-heavy course, the Advanced Open Water program is based on real diving experience—you develop confidence, improve your skills, and discover new diving adventures.

Across five adventure dives, including a Deep dive and an Underwater Navigation dive, you’ll learn to plan and execute dives beyond basic entry-level training. You can choose additional dives based on your interests—such as buoyancy control, wreck diving, night diving, search and recovery, boat diving, and more—making the course flexible and fun.
